Mostly we talked about non communicable diseases. What are non communicable diseases you ask?
Here are a few examples, autoimmune disease, heart disease, stroke, cancer, asthma, diabetes, kidney disease, osteoporosis, Alzheimer’s disease and cataracts. Obviously the list can go on and on.
These are diseases that typically do not transfer from one person to another from a virus or pathogen. In other words you cannot “catch” a non communicable disease from another person if they sneeze or cough on you when they’re sick.
So what Dr. Bergman was mentioning during the show was that the CDC is trying to categorize non communicable diseases so that they can profit from pharmaceutical drugs and medications that are designed to mitigate symptomology instead of curing the disease.
So as soon as a disease gets reclassified and labeled a certain way, then it opens the door to a whole new array of profitability surrounding that particular disease.
Can you start to see dollar signs in their eyes yet?
So many of these chronic diseases are being treated not with radical lifestyle changes but instead with toxic drugs that have massive effects on the body. Many people call these “side effects” but in fact they are just effects.
What we advocate here at Extreme Health Radio is to make massive changes in how you eat, how you sleep, how you think and more. If you want to truly reverse your disease naturally, we recommend people overhaul everything in their lives.
We are not against medications if that’s what you’re inclined to. Personally I will exhaust every conceivable natural and alternative option before I would ingest something that is synthetic or chemical in nature.
I like to try natural and alternative remedies first and if that doesn’t work, then I would try something from the medical industry.
We also talked about the real truth behind cholesterol, blood pressure, heart disease and much more.
This was a really fun show and I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!
