Transcript:

Hi, my friends. Welcome to Episode 791 of Extreme Health Radio. I appreciate you guys listening. We’ve had a lot of questions over the last probably year or so if we’re gonna bring the show back, and I think I’m going to bring it back, and I’m not gonna guarantee too much, but every Monday, I think I’m gonna do a solo show and just talk about things I am researching, different aspects of health and natural healing and natural cures and remedies and stuff like that.

Look out for those shows. We’ll put new show or new episode in the title, so you’ll know that on Mondays, the new shows are available. This is Episode 791, and I wanted to talk about detoxification today because I think it’s such a critical, important piece of the environment we’re living in and how important it is to detoxify your body on a regular basis and talk about and address some of the aspects that people bring up in terms of, like, how detox is not necessary.

You don’t need to do it and all that kinda stuff. I also wanna tell you about some really big things that are happening behind the scenes and that are happening actually today on the same day this is released. So I’ll put links down in the show notes for what I’m talking about and what I’ll get into at the end, but it has to do with…

I’ll just tease it a little bit. It has to do with a contest we’re running where you can win some pretty amazing prizes and the launch of something huge that I’ve been working on the last few years. So I will let you know about that in the show notes and at the end of this episode. But in terms of detoxification, this is massive.

This is I think, one of the most underrated aspects of health because a lot of the health concerns and the conditions that we deal with can be mitigated, reduced and reversed, but also ne- prevented in the first place by changing the environment we live in on top of doing regular detox cleanses, and I think these two are two really incredibly important aspects of health and also rebuilding your body with high-quality supplements and, of course, a good diet and n- a good lifestyle as well, but your environment and what you’re exposed to on a regular basis is so key.

So we’ll talk about detoxification. So a lot of things people will say are, are things like the liver and kidneys already detoxify the body, right? Why should we care about chemicals, or why do we have to worry about this?” And I call this the detox paradox because, if your environment doesn’t matter, then what– then why are people dying at such an early age?

Seventy-six years old, seventy-eight years old. The human body should last at least a hundred and twenty years. There was an experiment a few years back where they changed the food packaging exposure for just three days, and that lowered the chemical marker in urine of the test subjects by sixty-six percent.

There’s no supplements that were used during that time, during that experiment. So taking something to remove chemicals or finding out how they’re getting in is really important ’cause you could do a double whammy, right? Lower your exposure while taking things to help get them out There’s a really great quote by Rachel Carlson or Carson in Silent Spring, and she says, “Nothing in nature exists alone.”

And this is true. Everything in our body works in systems, and our detox pathways, our organs, they all adapt to the environment. They work together. There’s a synergy to all this. And, when she wrote that in Silent Spring, she was talking about the connections in ecosystems. And the ecosystem I want to explore in this episode is, our internal ecosystem in response to the external ecosystem.

That’s the things we eat, the things we store in our bodies, how we cook, what we breathe in. They all intersect in the body that we’re living in. So this ecosystem, both internal and external kinda really just shows us that, again, what she says, in nature, nothing exists alone. Everything’s connected.

And this is one of the things doctors just don’t realize is that, you can’t just be a knee doctor, right? You can, but the human body is connected. Every aspect of our bodies are connected.

So first, I want, just wanna share a little bit about how my thinking changed, and this was kinda going back to my raw food days. Back in 2003 or 2003 to 2010, I was raw food vegan, 100% raw food vegan. That was an s-insane experiment. And I learned a lot about detoxification, food cleansing, and all that kinda stuff,

It was a really massive transformative period of my life that I’d gotten into right after I got back from traveling around the world for a year, so that was also transformational as well. But during that time, from 2003 to 2010, I really expanded my thinking beyond what goes into my mouth.

It wasn’t just diet. It was the environment that I spend my entire day in the water I drink, the food I eat, the cookware we cook in. Even though I was a raw food vegan in in 2010, I was, I was still, very much cognizant of the cookware that we cook on. People, our repeated habits that we do every day, our sleep But one of the problems is that I feel like a lot of people in the natural health space, they kinda just chase the next cleanse.

They kinda just go after the next thing, and not really addressing what they do every single day. And so to me, that is incredibly important and necessary to address, right? ‘Cause you can do cleanse after cleanse, but if you’re constantly exposing your body to more toxins than you can cleanse out, then what’s the point, right?

For me, this is the way I think. , Instead of spending every three months, a weekend, two days, and cleaning your house, I would rather just keep it clean every single day, and that way you don’t have to spend time, two days, cleaning your house for eight hours, 10 hours a day.

You can spend that time with your kids. You can go to the beach. You can go play sports. You can have fun with friends, go visit family. You don’t have to waste your time cleaning your house, ’cause you just do a little bit of it every day. And the cool part about this is that if you lower your exposure to chemicals and toxins in your environment, then you actually have less to do every day.

So then detoxification, that’s the cool part, is it starts becoming a lifestyle, right? Your environment supports the health that you’re trying to work on. So the way I look at it is you’re gonna cook your food anyway. You’re gonna go to sleep anyway. You’re gonna shower anyway. You’re gonna drink water anyway.

Why not improve the things that you’re already doing? And I like to call that s- passive environmental one-time fixes of your environment. This is so easy to do. And, something you could do is just change out the plastic food preparation and storage containers you have, right?

Like, where you store your food, put them in glass instead of plastic. It’s like buying an air purifier and Smoking. Whi- while you have it on in the room. The… Yes, the air purifier’s gonna help, but if you don’t smoke, you’re not introducing those toxins in- into the room, causing the air purifier to have to work unnecessarily, right?

Same goes with your body, right? Stop exposing yourself to the toxins and chemicals, then all of a sudden you have more energy to deal with the other things going on with your health. And this is where it gets kinda technical, but it’s super, super fascinating. And so I wanna explore a little bit about what your body’s actually doing, like a liver cleanse or…

Let’s just talk about the liver for a sec. This is your, I’ve heard people describe it as your internal Rife machine. I thought that was really fascinating. Or a chemical processing plant inside your body. And in phase one liver detoxification the enzymes in the cytochrome P450 family, there’s two of ’em, kinda gets technical, but it’s CYP3A4.

These, And there’s another one, CYP2D6. These on a chemical level, transform drugs and other compounds like pharmaceuticals and toxins that we’re exposed to. And they transform them in your liver to become more inert, and the result of this is oxidation. And so oxidation isn’t al- always bad.

It, there is a role for oxidation. It’s just the fact that we’re doing it too much that is the main problem. In phase two, other enzymes in your liver, they actually attach to the molecules, and they help to transport and eliminate these compounds. And so there’s gluco- glucuronidation, sulfation, glutathione con- conjugation.

So th- these are all parts of phase two detoxification. And these enzymes are real, and they actually help detoxify the body. They help chemically transform them and eliminate them from your body. So the question is whether or not a particular product improves a meaningful outcome, and I believe the answer to that is yes.

And so talk about the kidneys for a second. This is, this isn’t just an occasional filter. The, the kidneys are-

Let’s just talk about the kidneys for a second. They’re not just an… Let’s just talk about the kidneys for a sec. The kidneys are incredibly important. There’s a q- a study in the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases and they said healthy kidneys filter about 150 quarts of blood a day.

That is so much, right? And it produces about one to two quarts of urine. That’s about half a cup of blood every minute. And there’s a part of the kidneys called the glom- glomerulus, and that filters fluid

There’s a part of the kidneys called the

And there’s a part of the kidneys called the glomerulus, and that filters fluid and small molecules, and the tubules actually reclaim a lot of the water and the useful substances. A l- And the tubules actually reclaim a lot of the water, and it allows the waste to go into the urine. It’s so incredible.

Like, when you start understanding how the body is made, it’s– and how the body functions it is so incredible how it all works and interacts with the environment. And all of these systems, they work continuously, and it’s amazing, right? The way God designed our bodies is just incredible.

And so now I wanna address a few questions like which chemicals are bad? How much of these chemicals are causing harm? How long do I have to be exposed for? What about accumulation? And what does the human evidence actually show? And so here’s an analogy. I’ve used this analogy before, and I think it makes a lot of sense.

It’s if you’re taking aspirin for a headache, but you’re continuously banging your head against the wall, taking aspirin or white willow bark if you’re a little bit more naturally minded like I am, is gonna help, but why not stop banging your head against the wall, and then you don’t need the aspirin, right?

So this is really important when it comes to detoxification. This kinda goes back to what I was saying before is that you’ll see a lot of people just doing the next cleanse and the next cleanse, not changing how they’re living and what their environment is like. And so that’s so critically important to, to address.

Okay, so now I wanna talk a-a-about a couple studies that I thought were really interesting. This is the study I mentioned before that which was a sixty-six percent change and reduction in the urine of these chemicals without even taking a cleansing product. And this was a study of just twenty people in the San Francisco Bay Area.

But it says here from the study that BPA and DEHP exposures were substantially reduced when particip- when participants’ diets were restricted to food with limited packaging. This is pretty significant. The title of it is Food Packaging and Bisphenol A and Phthalate Exposure: Findings from a Dietary Intervention, 2011.

And so I think this is really interesting because they showed a sixty-six percent reduction just by changing their exposures to plastics, right? After three days. That’s pretty wild, right? That’s pretty, pretty wild. Sure, it’s only twenty, twenty people, but still, that was really significant The other study I wanna tell you about was the, so the other sort of contrarian study I wanna talk about is, the detoxification, real biology

So the other thing I wanna talk about is, just the contrarian take that a lot of people have where they say that liver, your liver detoxes already. You don’t need to do anything, right? There’s nothing to investigate. So that doesn’t really compute because, think about it. Like if you have brakes on your car, does that mean you should just ignore, black ice on the road?

It’s of course not. No, you should change, you should alter the, conditions even if you have brakes that work on your car, right? So there’s an Australian scientific review that asks whether or not these commercial detox diets are necessary and effective. And according to them, this is hilarious because this comes from people that are so medically minded, it’s insane.

And of course, the idea– I don’t believe anything these people say because, they want us all to be sick. They don’t wanna just y- I don’t believe anything these people say. They want us all to be sick. It says here, according to that study there’s very little clinical evidence to support the use of these diets.

Of course, right? Of course they’re gonna say that because, they want people to take their drugs. They want people to be on their medical poisons, so let’s explore a little bit about for example, heavy metals and how they impact the body. And of course, they affect the body. There’s multiple studies. I’ve got so many studies in my database on my computer showing their connection to cognitive decline, to cancers, to mitochondrial issues.

\ What they seem to be doing is along the inner mitochondrial membrane where your body creates adenosine triphosphate, which is the ATP molecule, what happens is that the electrons need to pass from complex one to complex four cytochrome c oxidase to make adequate amounts of energy, right?

And then oxygen and waste materials. But these metals prevent the electrons from doing that. And so essentially what they do part of what they do is they cause your body to make less energy, so you are just more tired all the time. And these protein complexes in the inner mitochondrial membrane, they, are supposed to be building the proton gradient t- used to make ATP.

And I found an interesting scientific review, this was a twenty twenty-five where they looked at 20 different studies and they found that the exposure to toxic metals like cadmium, lead, arsenic, all the big ones

These metals can disrupt the mitochondrial function in all of these experimental systems. And what it, they seem to do is impair the electron transport chain and the, and they alter the membrane potential and cause oxidative imbalances. And so when we detoxify, let’s say for example, we get in a sauna, which are incredibly beneficial for sweating, right?

Can heavy metals appear in the sweat? And the answer is yes. There are many studies showing this. There’s one out of University of Alberta, Canada and it says here, “Blood, urine, and sweat were measured in 20 people, and 10 healthy volunteers and then 10 with varied health complaints.” And what they found was toxic elements were detectable in high amounts in their sweat.

Sometimes they were not detected in the serum. And so what it means is that sweat is one of the main routes of excretion of heavy metals, and that makes sense, right? So I thought that was really interesting. And then for me personally I spent a lot of time in my sauna tons and tons of time in my sauna, and I love sitting in a sauna, especially during the winter and fall when it’s really cold, and just enjoying a good sauna, a good documentary or something like that to put on and watch. It’s really fun, and I love that

But the sauna is just one thing, and detox cleanses are another thing. But think about now when we sleep, what happens during that time? This is a huge thing that not a lot of people talk about, and I mention this from time to time on our Instagram and stuff like that. But when you sleep, you have a part of your brain that kicks on, and it only activates during deep REM sleep.

So if you don’t reach deep sleep, you don’t activate this really critical, critically important function of your body, and that is the glymphatic system. So we talk a lot about the lymphatic system, but there’s something in our brain called the glymphatic system, and this only turns on, like I said, during REM sleep.

And so if you’re not getting that kind of sleep because you’re exposed to blue light or whatever else at night, or you’re eating too late or whatever the case may be, you’re not reaching that deep restorative sleep, then you’re not cleansing and detoxifying these chemicals and heavy metals from your brain.

So they start accumulating in your brain, and then you are diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer’s and, memory issues and stuff like that later in life. For me personally, I used to be up my sleep was messed up back in the day. I used to get off of work at midnight and I worked about 40 minutes away from my house, so that means I’d get home on a good day at about 12:45.

In the evening, I’d come home, and I’d eat some food. Then I would be… i’d take a shower. I was a bit wired. So then I’m looking at 3:00 AM going to bed. And then you ever get to that point in, in the night where it’s so late that it starts to become early the next morning, and you get to that I’ve gone past the point of no return kind of time, right?

And that would happen every night. And so then I would, wake up at 11:00 or noon the next day. I just felt groggy and terrible, and I was up tossing and turning all night. It was just terrible. So your sleep is The, the number one thing is your sleep. And so you wanna really make sure you’re reaching that REM sleep so that you can activate the glymphatic system so that you can detoxify and have a healthy, functioning brain when you’re older.

So one of the ways that you can improve your sleep is to alter your light environment. I always tell people to have bright days and dark nights. Embrace the darkness at night. Get red lights. Get natural sunlight in the daytime. If you can get it at the sunrise, that’s really important as well.

Regulate your light environment. Do all your most intense physical, emotional work during the daytime. Have your biggest and largest meals during the middle of the day when you produce the most hydrochloric acid. Have a light dinner. Try to eat as early as possible. Try to go to bed as early as possible.

Embrace the darkness. All of these things are gonna help get back to balance, get back to basics when it comes to sleep. And so What I want to talk about is something I’ve been working on, and this is a three-pillared approach to health. And I won’t go too much into pillars two and three, but I’ll focus mostly on, on the first one.

And the first one is called detoxify, and the second one is called nourish, and the third one is called build. And detoxification, in my mind, includes not just food and not just eating clean food and not just getting rid of heavy metals and chemicals out of your life. Of course, it means that too.

But it also means detoxification from media, detoxification from family members that are toxic, detoxification from media that you listen to, friends things that you consume, detoxification from your own bad thoughts, right? So detoxifying, getting rid of everything in your life, physical, emotional, spiritual, that is causing emotional or physical burdens on your body.

So detoxification is a deep subject. It could be your lights, right? Detoxifying from your lighting environment, LEDs and fluorescent flickering lights, detoxifying from all of that stuff. So think about your life right now and think about every aspect of the things that are burdening you, whether it’s worrying thoughts or fears or just anything, right?

Think about, like, all the, all of… If you were to combine all of that stuff, that puts an energy drain on your system ’cause it creates stress and oxidation, and your body has to work overtime to deal with that. And in order to have the energy to do that, your mitochondria must be working properly.

But if you’re living in a toxic environment, that’s not happening either. So it’s so important. Detoxification is a deep subject and a deep rabbit hole. So this whole notion of detoxif- de- detoxify, nourish, and build matters a lot to me because one of the things, the reasons why it matters is because I believe that, yes, nourishing and building your body and your soul and your mind and your heart and your life and all of that stuff is incredibly important, and we must do that through good food and friends and, doing work that you love and exercising and all of that stuff, right?

And taking good supplements and all of it. But detoxification, there’s a reason why it comes first, and that is because you could do the nourish and the build, you could do all the good stuff properly right, but if you’re constantly filling your life and your body and your mind and your every aspect of your being with toxins from every aspect of life, it’s gonna put a massive burden on your body.

So the way I look at it is if you were to just remove that stuff, like imagine just cleaning a pan or something, and you remove all the bad stuff, right? You reveal the beauty of the pan underneath it. And the same is true with you. You remove all of the toxins, the parasites, the heavy metals, the chemicals, the plastic exposures, the, the bad media that you’re watching, the TV shows, the toxic people your parents, coworkers.

You remove all that stuff from your body and your life, the amount of energy now that your body has just goes up by 90%. And so it’s all those things that are just draining your body from its ability to make energy. And so when we can’t make energy ef- efficiently, that itself becomes an oxidative stress and burden.

And so when we can’t do that, then things start snowballing and exacerbating and getting worse and worse because now you have all this oxidative stress, and then you’re continually exposed to things. So what we wanna do is detoxify every aspect of our life, not just the parasites, not just the heavy metals, not that stuff, but the shows that we’re watching, the people that we’re exposed to, the doom scrolling on, all this stuff, right?

And so It’s a deep subject. Detoxification, detoxify, nourish, and build. That’s what I’m gonna be working on in our new Inner Circle community that’s launching actually today. So this is what I wanna tell you about. Now, we’ve had a community for a little while on Patreon, and unfortunately, Patreon was not a good place for us because we got our posts flagged, things didn’t work right, I wasn’t getting notifications, I wasn’t able to connect with people in the way that I wanted.

It was just really n- a clunky system. And then I learned later about the founders of Patreon and what they’re involved with, and I was like, “Dude, I don’t wanna support these people. This is not good.” So I wanted to create my own platform, self-hosted on my own servers, where I could speak and use the language I wanted, but also not be flagged and not…

and be able to connect with everyone in the way that I wanted. And to do that required a ton of work. Oh my gosh. So that’s what I’ve been doing the last probably year and a half, or probably about a year, is working on this. It’s called the Inner Circle. It’s launching today. And what we’re gonna be doing inside there is a lot of uncensored talk, of course.

But there’s gonna be courses, new content released every few days for two years. There’s gonna be there’s an amazing forum already in there. There’s notifications. There’s gonna be exclusive discounts that I’m working on with companies that are in the natural health space, like supplements and biohacking tools, discounts that are greater than what they offer publicly.

And so that’s gonna be happening. I’m gonna be working on I’ll be building that, and then I’m gonna be working on adding some software tools that are gonna be really cool, like tracking different aspects of your health a question and answer where you can, have a full database of every aspect of health and what vitamins and minerals do and…

or if you wanna, search by different conditions, or if you wanna just do a deep dive on the liver and what’s good for that and what, what what impacts the liver in a negative way. My protocols are all gonna be there. They’re gonna be released once a month. It’s an amazing place.

I’m really happy with it. Very proud of it. And so I’m very happy. And this is gonna be something where I’m gonna be teaching detoxification, nourish, and build on a regular basis when you join. So this is gonna be an amazing place. Plus, you’re gonna be able to connect with other people in your area or in online, where you can talk and make friends and it’s gonna be amazing.

So it’s already built. I’m loving it already. And so it’s launching actually today. So we’re in a period of Seven-day launch and for a discounted price, for founding members price, and I just wanna let you know about that. So if you wanna join, do so now because the price is gonna increase after the launch.

And so I just wanna let you know and give you the best price possible. That’s launching. And then also right now, to celebrate this launch, we’re running a contest, and the contest is pretty awesome. Right now, as of this recording, I’m working on some big things. One is a sauna that you could win as the first prize, along with a year membership to the Inner Circle.

The second prize is gonna be… i’m locking it in right now. I’m trying to hope. I’m hoping and working on this, but a high-quality red light therapy device. I’m so stoked on this. This is so great. And that will get six months free access to the Inner Circle community. And then the third prize is gonna be a supplement bundle and some other biohacking gadgets and things that’s gonna be from at least two companies now, my favorite two companies.

And so that’s gonna be the third prize, a bunch of really high-quality supplements and some extra biohacking tools and things like that as the third prize. And I think the third prize comes with three months free of the Inner Circle membership. And then I think i- if I can get this software to work properly, if you refer a friend and that friend wins the sauna, then you’ll win something too.

I forget exactly what it is, but I’ll put that up on the the contest page. So the contest is that you’ll enter your name and email and then you’ll have an opportunity to share with your friends and family. If you have a following on Facebook or something like that then you can share it.

And when people join and if one of them, those people wins, then you win also. I’ll put all the rules up and all the details about all that stuff, but that’s gonna be really cool. The opportunity to win a sauna, and a red light therapy device, and some super amazing supplements from two of my favorite brands.

Pretty cool stuff. So entrance for win that. You don’t have to become an Inner Circle member to win the contest. These are separate things, but we’re doing the contest as a way to promote the membership and for you guys to share it and stuff like that. That is all happening right now.

So that’s gonna go on for the next few days. So I’ll put links to all this stuff in the show notes down below. This was episode, what is this? 792 I think it was. Let me take a look real quick. 791. So that’ll be extremehealthradio.com/791 or if you wanna just go to the show notes for today’s show page, everything will be there.

So I hope this was helpful and it got you motivated to detoxify. Oh, one other thing I’m adding, I’m going to add to the Inner Circle as far as a, a software tool is a, a detoxification and cleanse calendar. So this is gonna be really cool. I want this for me really. But this is a like a sort of a web app for you to select different things that you have.

So let’s say you have a rebounder at home. Let’s say you have a ozone machine and a sauna and you really wanna get on track of doing that. And let’s say you wanna do a heavy metal cleanse once a year. You wanna do a parasite cleanse once a year. You wanna do liver gallbladder flush once a year, and maybe a colon cleanse once a year, right?

So you wanna space all these things out, but then maybe you also get IV ozone, or maybe you get or donate blood once or twice a year, something like that. So you wanna put all these things into a schedule, and what I’m gonna do is have this so that you get to pick all of the things that you have or are able to do, group them all together and say, “These are, like, the, the top 10 things that I do.”

Then you can pick when you wanna do those, and so then you’ll get a notification, “Hey, in a month you’re gonna do a colon cleanse. Let’s do a colon cleanse or let’s purchase our colon cleanse. Last time you purchased it here. Do you wanna do the same thing?” And it gives you a reminder to purchase the same colon cleanse or some other one that you wanna try.

And this way, you know exactly what’s coming up. You don’t have to plan or schedule anything. You can plan your weeks, your days even your months or you could do, blood donation twice a year, and so you know that’s coming up. And so every year, you have just these things that you don’t have to keep track of, right?

And you get reminders that it’s coming up. And so that’s a whole sort of web app that I’m building inside the inner circle. So that’s gonna be, just available for inner circle members. So anyway, all kinds of really cool stuff. I’d love to have you join the inner circle and explore further and get motivated and, hang out with other people who are interested in health and are passionate about this because, for me I watched my mom in the final sort of months of her life recently go through the wringer.

Long time ago when she had her cancers and when I was going through sort of my raw food phase, I was telling her, “Mom you’ve gotta start detoxifying these chemotherapies and the radiation and all the stuff that you’ve had done to your body, the medications and the antibiotics and all the stuff that you’ve been on, the IV drips of medications, like insane.”

And I wanted her to do regular, coffee enemas and regular liver flushes and regular saunas. I got her to do a lot of good stuff. I got her to change her diet. I got her to take some good supplements. I got her to do smoothies and stuff like that and juicing regularly. She did a lot of great stuff, and I’m grateful for that.

But man, if she could’ve taken it a step further and really learned how to do a coffee enema, which is an- another thing I’ll be teaching inside the inner circle. But If she could learn how to do this stuff and got into the habit, I think she would have lived a lot longer. But not only that, it’s the quality of life at the end of our lives.

At the end of her life, and she’s the reason why I’m doing all this, by the way. Her story in getting diagnosed with cancer out of the blue in ’95 was what precipitated me getting into health. But in the final months of her life, she could not hear anything. She was completely deaf. Even though she had a hearing aid, she still couldn’t hear.

She had a cochlear implant that didn’t work. She couldn’t taste food. She had macular degeneration and glaucoma, so she was every day going more and more blind. She couldn’t stand up anymore, which means she was relegated to the couch, which means she got bedsores. And getting her off the couch where she slept, because we couldn’t get her into bed because she couldn’t walk people recommended to me get her into a hyperbaric oxygen, but not realizing that getting her off the couch and 20 feet to the bathroom and back was 45 minutes.

There was no way she was gonna get into a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. It just wasn’t gonna happen. And she couldn’t hear me. She couldn’t taste anything. She couldn’t eat food. She couldn’t sleep. She had bedsores. She couldn’t get up off the couch. She couldn’t walk it was just, ugh, it was insane.

It was just so miserable to watch and to be a part of, and there was just so much misery in the last few months of her life. And so I just don’t want that for anybody. I didn’t want it for her, and I felt helpless and hopeless, but I thought to myself, if she had been doing regular cleanses…

I don’t know. We don’t know, right? But if she had been doing this kind of stuff for 20, 30 years prior to her passing away, I really do believe that the end of her life would’ve been a lot smoother. She probably would’ve lived longer, but she wouldn’t have had that misery in the last few months.

And so improving the quality and quantity of our life is so critically important, I believe. And so this is why cleansing and detox on a dail- on daily, monthly, weekly basis is so important. Mentioned this before, but there’s 84,000 chemicals in commerce. We’re exposed to over 100,000 chemicals every month that we live.

It’s so insane, guys, and these things accumulate in our cells, in our tissues, in our mitochondria, preventing regular health from happening. So I’m just really passionate about this, and I really want the best for you, and I would love to have you join us in the c- in the Inner Circle community, where you can meet other people, ask questions, and have a great group of people that we can all be exposed to and learn from and be inspired by, ’cause that’s really the ultimate goal is to be inspired, right?
