Today was a particularly fun show not just because it was our 1st show with our brand new studio but also because Nedalee Thomas joined us in person to talk about the health benefits of alkaline water.
She’s the co-founder and CEO of Chanson Water and we got to talk about acid water, alkaline water, the difference between hard water and soft water.
We also discussed plastics and how they out gas chemicals and xeno estrogens that affect our hormones.
Foods like pine pollen and deer antler definitely help the hormone department but it’s best to avoid exposure to chemicals that actually damage our endocrine systems in the first place.
A great way to do that is avoid plastics by getting a high quality water filter and water ionizer.
Another important point of discussion was all of the chemicals that can be found in conventional municipal tap water. I’ve read where municipal tap water can contain fluoride, chlorine, chloramine, along with chemicals from pharmaceutical drugs, chemotherapy, radiation and even tampon residue has been found.
Trust me, you don’t want to be drinking this stuff.
We also discussed why it’s not only important to filter tap water but also to ionize it. I also asked her about reverse osmosis and how these processes affect our health. It was really a fascinating show.
I highly recommend getting a water filter so you can avoid plastic but also restore the electrical potential of water, the ph of water and ionize it to help penetrate your cells on a deep level.

Chanson Water USA co-founder and CEO Nedalee Thomas is an author, speaker, mother, grandmother, former foster mother, and business woman with a marketing degree who opened her first retail store at 23 years of age. Nedalee has always looked to educate, help others and give back to those around her and has deeply embedded these core values into the company’s culture. Nedalee is a strong Christ follower who occasionally volunteers her time driving a truck and collecting donations for a group that feeds 950 families a week and is also a speaker who encourages women and youth. Nedalee loves sharing her story about how drinking ionized alkaline water took away the arthritic pain from a 20+ year knee injury and improved her vision so much that her eye glass prescription had to be reduced twice in four years, but she does acknowledge that not everyone’s bodies react exactly the same to ionized alkaline water.
