Today we had a fun time on this Free For All Friday show.
For those of you that might be wondering. Kate and I were joking at the very beginning about this video. 🙂
We had a great time on this show. It went for almost two hours and can you believe the amount of links below? Whew! That took me a long time to put together. But I hope that it helps you because I know what it’s like to listen to a podcast or radio show and not have anything to write the links down with. You might hear something you really want to remember but don’t have a pen or iPhone handy.
This way all you have to do is remember the show number and you’ll have all the links handy, thanks to your resident note taker and co-host, Kate! 🙂
We put a lot of work into the Friday shows to make sure you have all the links we talk about during the show. We love doing it because we know it will help you!
We took a listener question from Hayden up on Canada who works with Chris Kehler about diabetes and blood sugar issues.
That was a lot of fun. During that conversation we talked about watching television and the damage that occurs from subconscious programming during the “programs”.
We also talked about the lowering of organic standards for labeling food organic. Can you believe they’re going to start lowering the standards of organic? Now we’re going to have to really start growing our own food and even put plastic tarps over them to prevent the chemicals from chemtrails from falling on our gardens.
Oh my. The lengths we must go through in order to avoid being poisoned!
We also talked about our past shows with Dr. Nicolas Gonzalez who uses high dose pancreatic enzyme therapy for treating pancreatic cancers and other diseases as well. He was a fascinating man and a true privilege to have on the show. I highly recommend you listen to that one and share it with your friends.
We also announced the winner of the Morocco Method hair care products contest! That was a lot of fun.
We LOVE giving things away and how happy it makes the recipients! Giving really is much better than receiving!
We’d love to have you join us on our next Free For All Friday show by calling 949-505-9585 and talk about what’s going on with you!
We hope you enjoyed this episode. If you did like this show would you consider doing us a favor and sharing it with your friends? Kate and I would be so appreciative. 🙂
Thanks everybody!

Inspirational Quote:
I want to live simply. I want to sit by the window when it rains and read books I’ll never be tested on. I want to paint because I want to, not because I’ve got something to prove. I want to listen to my body, fall asleep when the moon is high and wake up slowly, with no place to rush off to. I want not to be governed by money or clocks or any of the artificial restraints that humanity imposes on itself. I just want to be, boundless and infinite.

Bear with us. We’re working on it! 🙂
Hey Kate and Justin, thanks for mentioning Mitch Dodge. I love what he stands for and I’ve seen every episode. He lives in the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state, where I grew up. The forests are phenomenal, beautiful & majestic but rough in the winter. Love the podcast!
Hey Kaleb. Did we mention him? I must be losing my mind here! For some reason I don’t recall that name. Can you send a link? 🙂
