Cindy Sellers from Angel Farms joins Kate and me to discuss all things cleansing and detoxification. She has been running Angel Farms on the big island of Hawaii for over 20 years now. She’s the author of You Don’t Have To Hurt Anymore.
People visit her there to reclaim their health. Many people go to Angel Farms because they’re sick and many people go because they simply want to attain higher levels of health and healing.
We started off the interview talking about Cindy’s story. She was in a car crash when she was 3 months pregnant with her son many years ago. As a result she had intense back pain like nothing she ever felt before.
She made an appointment with what she thought was a massage therapist only to have this “massage therapist” perform a colonic. After her colon hydrotherapy session she started to heal.
She hadn’t had that kind of healing in many many years.
This healing changed her life. She began to study the body, health, nutrition along with cleansing and detoxification strategies.
We talked with Cindy a lot during this podcast about colonics and how they affect the health of the body.
If you’ve never been to a good colon hydrotherapist before, you’ll want to after listening to this. Heck you might even want to make a trip to Angel Farms in Hawaii and do one of her detox retreats.
She also discussed the dangers of oils and styrofoam near the end of the show.

Cindy Mahealani Sellers became a colon hydro therapist because in 1983 she and her husband were in a car accident. She was 3 months pregnant and had one child 14 months old. Cindy incurred serious injuries to her back. The pain worsened until, in 1989, she had reached the end of her strength and so was inspired to call a lady whom she thought was a massage therapist.
She started Cindy on a colon cleansing program the following day. Ten days later her back was straight and her pain was gone. Cindy began training with her and became her last student. Thus evolved Angel Farms Cleansing and Rejuvenation Center, currently based on the Big Island of Hawaii, near Hilo. Cindy has assisted thousands of Angels in making the transition from fear to Love for over 26 years. She has witnessed the importance of including emotional and spiritual healing with colon hydrotherapy and sees the colon as a doorway to God. Angel Farms program is a holistic approach to cleansing of the body, mind, and spirit.
