Dr. Saman Soheily joined us in studio for a great talk about natural health and holistic living.
Kate and I met Dr. Soheilly a while ago at Spark Health. She had to give blood for an upcoming blood test and our naturopathic doctor (link below) recommended she go to Spark Health.
When I first walked in I was immediately impressed with their entire setup. I was blown away at all the different services they offer and how knowledgable their entire staff was.
In the future we’re going to go down and do a video about what they offer so you can see it for yourself. I’ll make sure to embed that video on this webpage so all of it will be in one spot.
Dr. Soheilly was so kind to join us for what was his first interview that he’s given. It was a ton of fun and we talked about a number of different subjects. What he was saying about how vitamin therapy can help mitigate the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation should somebody decide to go through that type of treatment was very interesting.

Dr. Saman Soheily received his Naturopathic Medical Degree (ND) from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Arizona, where his clinical training encompassed a wide range of medical conditions. His main focus is treating pain with regenerative injection therapy, as well as using natural therapies and lifestyle medicine to treat cardiovascular disease, diabetes, autoimmune disease, gastrointestinal concerns, men’s health, weight loss, and natural skin rejuvenation. His passion is using evidence-based therapies to help others thrive and live an abundant life. Growing up an avid athlete involved in several sports including tennis, gymnastics, soccer, and martial arts, Dr. Soheily is well aware of how acute and chronic pain can affect performance and recovery, and the importance of a balanced lifestyle. His goal with all of his patients is to help them become an active participant in their health care decisions and treatments. Dr. Soheily is currently on staff at Bastyr University in San Diego, where he instructs students in Clinical Laboratory Skills and Physical Medicine. He is a member of the California Naturopathic Doctors Association and the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
