Today we had our long time friend Atom Bergstrom on the show to talk about omega 3 fatty acids. These lipids could be in the form of fish oil, algae oil, DHA, canola oil, peanut oil, and more.

Thes are incredibly toxic according to Atom because they create oxidation and inflammation all throughout the body. This oxidation is basically rust inside your tissues, organs glands and even blood.

There are many names for this like lipid peroxidation, fatty liver disease, oxidative stress, yellow fat disease, plaque, liver spots, age spots and so much more

This was a fascinating show with Atom Bergstrom who is now working on 12 books just on yellow fat disease!
