Kate had an interesting consultation with an energy medicine practitioner named Chris Kehler. We talked about her experience with Chris, what she felt and how it affected her outlook on her body and her health.

Like I mentioned in the show, I was doing the dishes after her consultation with Chris and she walked out and the look on her face was very telling. She was just blown away at how she felt and what she had just experienced.

It’s interesting because like I said in this show, I don’t know why people don’t believe in energy medicine or simply think it’s demonic or somehow very bad. Certain people can be very close minded.

After reading books like Schrodingers Cat, Flat Land and books by Brian Greene and Michao Kaku, it’s starts to become evident that all life works off of vibratory patterns of energy given off by all living things.

When I was spending a lot of time reading books on quantum mechanics and string theory you realize that all life works off of energy. But if you’re not familiar with that kind of work I can see how a western dominated, demineralized mind wouldn’t be able to even comprehend or fathom how this type of hyper-dimensional energy works.

I find it rather fascinating because if you’re only dealing with the physical and you’re not getting to the deep root of the problem, which is always emotional and spiritual, then whatever treatments your getting are only going to last a short while.

The physical follows form after the spiritual. So it makes sense that if you want to heal from diseases you have to take everything into consideration. You have to change your sleep patterns, your stress levels, your spiritual connection, your emotional state, and then you have to change your diet and lifestyle choices.

But it all stems from energy and being able to harness this energy is something that’s really unique.
