This raw chocolate pudding is something I make a couple of times per week. I’ve been using more stevia lately as my sweetener of choice instead of raw honey, raw agave nectar or even grade B maple syrup.
The stevia to use is the green leaf stevia as this is less concentrated and less refined. Move more towards the green leaf stevia if you can.
Each day I’m moving more and more away from sugars in my diet as they cause accelerated aging, candida, blood sugar issues like diabetes, cancers and more.
This recipe looks quite strange but it’s sweet and tastes just amazing. It’s full of healthy saturated fats and superfood nutrition. If I have raw butter from Organic Pastures I’ll add that in also.
