On today’s show I talked about a lot of topics relating to health and natural healing. One of which is the flat earth theory or “conspiracy”.
I didn’t talk about flat earth in order to promote it or debunk it. I only talked about it because people are emailing me about it every day and it finally got to the point where I had to talk about it.
My take is a little different. My opinion about the shape of the earth only interests me in the sense that we can no longer trust mainstream media, corporate news outlets and so on.
Just go with me for a second.
If the earth is flat and they’re (meaning NASA) and they’re lying to us, doesn’t it make sense that they would also lie to use about other subjects (namely health) as well?
On the flip side, if we know they’re lying to us in terms of the FDA and AMA with regards to taking drugs and poisons to allegedly heal the body, would this be the same personality type that might lie about the shape of the earth?
The shape of the earth isn’t important to me. What’s important to me is that we question everything and fully understand who we are and the ability we have to heal ourselves.
We have the power to heal.
I also shared some ideas about how to heal your lungs by doing some lung cleanses each year. Some really great information was shared during this episode.

Hi Justin and Kate! Really love the sauna! Was in for about 30 mins. It took 15 mins before I broke a sweat, so I was wondering if this would work for a while. And boy! did I sweat! Felt great! I have a knee issue from a fall skiing Feb. 3rd of this year and a tailbone issue from the same. Also, have a left heel pain. I will give you an update as time goes on using this.
I do have a question about your regimen after? Do you take anything in particular (electrolytes, juice, activated charcoal).
As I detox, will the sweating start sooner with subsequent sessions or do I just expect 15 mins. is the time it takes?
If you don’t have time to answer (and don’t answer on Sunday!-take a break) next week, that is OK. I know you are very busy. No worries. You’ve been so responsive.

I started spreading the word about natural healing, your broadcast etc.. It’s challenging to change someone beliefs system (traditional medecine brainwash). Yesterday, I told the dentist that fluoride is poison; so I don’t want it in my kids mouth… The dentist was mad at my words! wow.. I kept smiling.

Do you know if WiFi radiation (from a wireless router) in a health food store or supermarket can affect or deplete the nutrients in food sold in those stores?

Hi, Justin –
I heard you speak of your footpain in the wrapup of the
Dr. Starrett show.
It so happened that just a few days earlier, I had
discovered an amazing technique that relaxed my feet,
ankles, calves, and knees, as never before.
Actually it was a rediscovery, as I remembered a technique
that I had been taught, and discarded, 50+ years ago…I’m
88.
The primary focus is on keeping the heel of the back foot
on the ground as long as possible, until the leg has to
swing forward to catch the weight of the body. Of course,
this means that the impulse to move forward is in the
solar plexus, the seat of the emotions, and not in the
feet or any other part.
Secondly, it is helpful to me to consciously relax the
muscle group at the top of the foot, between toes and
